Sea Hill Management & Tour Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change, delete or add to the following terms and conditions without prior notice.

Below terms and conditions shall apply to all excursions accordingly.

1.	Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
2.	All prices are subject to change without prior notice
3.	Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Sea Hill Management & Tour Sdn Bhd may alter the departure schedules or omit stopping places as published or advertised at any time without prior notice if Sea Hill Management & Tour Sdn Bhd considers that such alteration or omission are necessary.
4.	Itineraries are pre-arranged and no individual changes or modification can be made during the commencement of travel. Sea Hill Management & Tour Sdn Bhd reserves the right to rearrange the order of the itinerary, to cancel or to substitute the pre-arranged itinerary with other itinerary without notice.
5.	After commencement of travel, no refund either in full or in part will be given for unutilised services included in the program.
6.	In the event of bad weather, Sea Hill Management & Tour Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule the trip or provide full-refund, either of which deemed necessary.

PULAU PAYAR MARINE PARK/MANGROVE SAFARI TOUR

1.   Cancellation charges are as indicated below:

• Full refund if cancellation is more then 7 days prior to departure date.
• 50% refund if cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to departure date
• No refund if cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to departure date

2.   RM 50.00 per person for reschedulling to another day departure.
