All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), non-commissionable and subject to change without prior notice. |

Minimum rental is one day (24 hours). For overdue rentals, tariffs will be charged one-sixth of the price of the vehicle for the first six hours, full day charge will be applied thereon. |

The rates include insurance for accidental damage to third party property and bodily injuries. However, the vehicle insurance cover is subjected to the Excess Clause of RM 5,000.00. |

Other facilities and services such as baby seat and delivery/pick-up are available upon request with extra charge. Please contact our staff for details. |

All rentals are subjected to the full terms and conditions stated in the Rental Agreement. |

Overseas visitor may use the license endorsed by their country of residence. Provisional drivers or newly qualified drivers are strictly prohibited to drive rental vehicles. |

Rental rates published do not include fuel. |
| 8. |
All traffic and parking offences, court costs and other related offences raised while the vehicle is in Renter's possession will be borne fully by the Renter. |
